🚀 Source & Evaluate Investments: Identify the most promising startups across Europe. 💸 Lead Deals: Structure, negotiate, and execute investments end to end. 📈 Support Portfolio Companies: Help founders scale and succeed. 📝 Shape Investment Strategy: Contribute to the fund thesis and direction. 🌍 Expand Our Network: Build relationships with founders, investors, and the ecosystem. 👥 Lead the Team: Manage and guide daily activities and priorities. 📊 Engage with LPs: Support fundraising and investor relations.
🎯 7+ years of relevant professional experience (founder, banking, consulting, VC/PE). 💼 Minimum 3 years in an investment role (Associate level or higher) within venture capital. 🔍 Ability to source and lead deals independently from first meeting to closing. 🤝 Experience in supporting founders with fundraising, strategy, hiring, or exits. 🪑 Board observer experience; board member experience is a plus. 🌐 Strong reputation and network within the European startup ecosystem. 🌱 Mentorship and coaching experience with junior team members. 🗣️ Fluency in English; French or other European languages are a plus. 🏙️ Based in a major European startup hub, with willingness to travel.
