You’re a driven investment professional with strong analytical skills, deep curiosity about emerging markets, and a passion for working closely with founders. You’re ready to take ownership of deals, support portfolio companies, and grow into a future Principal role.
🚀 Source & Evaluate Investments: Identify and assess promising startups across Europe. 💸 Execute Deals: Manage due diligence, deal structuring, and execution. 📈 Support Portfolio Companies: Work directly with founders on strategy, hiring, and fundraising. 📝 Contribute to Investment Strategy: Help refine the fund’s thesis and sourcing approach. 🌍 Build Our Network: Develop relationships with founders, investors, and partners. 👥 Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the partners and contribute to internal projects.
🎯 5+ years of relevant professional experience (founder, banking, consulting, VC/PE). 💼 Minimum 2 years in an investment role (Associate level or higher) within venture capital. 🔍 Strong sourcing capabilities with a passion to engage with the LGBTQ+ startup communit. 🤝 Experience supporting startups operationally or strategically. 🌐 Solid network within the European startup ecosystem. 🗣️ Fluency in English; French or other European languages are a plus. 🏙️ Based in a major European startup hub, with willingness to travel.
At identity.vc, you’ll play an active role in building Europe’s first LGBTQ+ venture capital fund, work closely with experienced investors, and gain exposure to all aspects of early-stage VC.
